A method and system for adjusting the port parameter of voice office side are disclosed and belong to the communication technical field. The method comprises steps: receiving voice signal sending from voice terminal; comparing the received voice signal with the preset standard voice signal, and judging whether the quality of the received voice signal reaches the predetermined voice quality; if the quality of the received voice signal does not reach the predetermined voice quality, the port parameter of the voice office side will be adjusted. The port parameter of the voice office side is set according to the final actual voice quality feeling of the voice terminal user, therefore the best voice quality can be provided to each voice terminal user.
