MNUFACTURING METHOD WITH PIRA COCOS WOLF FOR DRINK

A drink and a preparation method thereof are provided to inhibit the generation of active oxygen and to supplement minerals by using Poria cocos extract and alkaline ionized water. A drink contains 100 parts of alkaline ionized water and 0.1-20 parts of Poria cocos extract. The drink additionally contains one or more materials selected from the group consisting of citric acid, glucose, grapefruit seed extract and perfume. The pH of the alkaline ionized water is 7.3 to 10. A method for preparing the Poria cocos extract comprises the following steps of: washing Poria cocos with purified water twice or three times; immersing the washed Poria cocos in the purified water for 12-24 hours; adding purified water to the immersed Poria cocos in a ratio of 5~6 to 1 by weight; extracting the Poria cocos at 85~98°C for 5-6 hours; and filtering, decompression-concentrating and pulverizing the extracted Poria cocos. The alkaline ionized water is obtained by adding charcoal to purified water in a ratio of 1~2 to 40 and leaving the mixture to stand at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
