A water purifier having an attachable ozone sterilization system is provided to sterilize and disinfect water by dissolving ozone in the water stored in a water supply tank. A water purifier having an attachable ozone sterilization system includes a water supply tank and an ozone sterilization unit(2). The ozone sterilization unit includes a state display window, an operating button(15), a supply pipe(10), a pump(19), an injector(14), a connecting pipe(16), a discharge tube(18), a supply hose(17), a filtration filter(23), an exhaust pipe(11), and a PCB(22). The ozone sterilization unit sterilizes and disinfects the stored water by circulating the stored water in the water supply tank by using a timer with constant intervals.
