PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition improving ozone resistance and crack growth resistance, and a tire improved in ozone resistance and crack growth resistance.SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains a polymer component comprising a conjugated diene compound-nonconjugated olefin copolymer and a nonconjugated olefin polymer, and a binder. The nonconjugated olefin polymer is contained in an amount of 10 mass% or more based on the polymer component. The tire includes a member having the rubber composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
