PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can correctly determine that a mobile terminal approaches a communication device.SOLUTION: A communication device (MFP) 10, on detecting a proximity state that a mobile terminal 50 is in a proximity state to the MFP 10 within a predetermined range from the MFP 10 (in more detail, a loading part 40) which is defined to be an origin, originates proximity information indicating that the mobile terminal 50 has the proximity state, through short-range radio communication.
