An insert for a carton includes a first side panel hinged to an intermediate panel by a first end panel and a second side panel hinged to the intermediate panel by a second end panel. The first side panel includes at least one first tab hinged thereto. The intermediate panel includes at least one second major tab and at least one second minor tab. The at least one second major tab and at least one second minor tab are hinged to the intermediate panel. The second side panel includes at least one third tab hinged thereto. The at least one first tab is secured to one of the at least one second major tab or the at least one second minor tab.
