PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device and an electronic component inspection device that can easily and quickly acquire a correction value for performing temperature correction, and perform temperature correction by using the correction value to accurately adjust the temperature of an electronic component to a predetermined temperature.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveyance device comprises: a first temperature detection part that detects the temperature of an electronic component holding member; a second temperature detection part that detects the temperature of a support part supporting the electronic component holding member; an input part that receives input of a target temperature of the electronic component holding member; and a display part that displays at least one of the temperature detected by the first temperature detection part or the second temperature detection part and the target temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
