PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new determination technology related to a driving load.SOLUTION: A load determination device in a system for a vehicle is configured to determine the driving load of a vehicle which acts on a driver. A control part provided at the load determination device acquires the observed value of a vehicle state which changes in accordance with the driving of the vehicle by the driver. The control part determines the driving load on the basis of the observed value in a first period Pa corresponding to the present, and determines the driving load on the basis of the observed value in a second period Pb longer than the first period Pa including the past period adjacent to the first period Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
