PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information that suites a hobby common to a group of customers who do shopping in a shopping mall.SOLUTION: A shopping support device 1 comprises: a communication unit 72 that performs radio communication with a plurality of mobile information terminals 2; an individual identification unit 101 that identifies each individual by acquiring personal information from each mobile information terminal 2; a common hobby determination unit 107 that obtains hobby information on each individual from an external information service 200 and determines a hobby common to all individuals; an information acquisition unit 102 that refers to a database 4 holding a variety of information about a shopping mall, and acquires a variety of information meeting the common hobby of the all individuals; an information notification unit 103 that notifies each mobile information terminal 2 of the outline of the variety of information obtained from the database 4; a personal authentication unit 104 that performs personal authentication through the mobile information terminal 2; and a display control unit 105 that causes a display unit 473 to display the detail of the variety of information obtained from the database 4 according to a display request instruction input into an operation unit 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
