PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging element, an imaging device, and a method of manufacturing an imaging element capable of improving a heat radiation effect.SOLUTION: An imaging element 12 comprises: a first layer 19 in which a plurality of pixels are arranged at least in a first direction, and that has an imaging function; and a second layer 20 bonded with the first layer 19. The second layer 20 has a support sub layer 27 on which a main material region and a sub-material region are alternately arranged in the first direction. In the sub-material region, a first conductivity type semiconductor material 31 and a second conductivity type semiconductor material 32 are arranged. On the second layer 20, a Peltier element is formed by laminating a first electrode 33, the first conductivity type semiconductor material 31 and the second conductivity type semiconductor material 32, and a second electrode 34 in a direction from the second layer 20 toward the first layer 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
