PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source holding member which easily fixes a conductor wire for supplying electric power, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device 20 includes: a light source holding member 30 comprising a body member 40 and a holding member 50; a light source part held by the light source holding member 30; and a light guide part 22 which diffuses light radiated from the light source part. The light source holding member 30 is used in a state where the holding member 50 is fitted in an end part of the body member 40. In the structure, the conductor wiring 26 is fixed to the body member 40 by the holding member 50 when the light source part is fixed to the light source holding member 30.
