PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of suppressing vibration of a valve body.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: a valve box part 51; a valve body 52 that has annular pressure reception parts 72a-72c surrounding a center shaft C and a valve body sheet part 73, and is housed in the valve body part 51 so as to linearly operate in a center shaft C direction; an outlet pipe part 54 connected to the valve body part 51 in a direction along the center shaft C of the valve body 52; an inlet pipe part 55 connected to the valve body part 51 in a direction opposite to the pressure reception parts 72a-72c; and a throttle part 56 provided at the inlet pipe part 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
