<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that allows a fuel cell gas separator to be maintained in a proper positional dimension even if a dimensional manufacturing error exists in a conductive flexible part after forming the conductive flexible part to the fuel cell gas separator to supply a reaction gas and a cooling medium. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell is composed by repeatedly forming a membrane electrode complex 22 which is formed by arranging gas diffusion electrodes 21 on both faces of an electrolyte film 20, respectively, the fuel cell gas separator 23 in which gas flow passages 28, 30 for supplying at least one of a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas to the gas diffusion electrodes 21 are formed, and a water separator for a fuel cell in which a cooling water passage 31 for supplying cooling water is formed into a laminated structure.
