<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel hanging device capable of comparatively easily hanging a radiation panel from a ceiling slab without impairing good appearance, even when it is used for a radiation cooling/heating device embedded in a ceiling. <P>SOLUTION: This hanging device 5 comprises a hanging member 13 fixed to a horizontal member 4 attached to a hanging bolt 3 of the ceiling slab, and engagement portions 14 formed on the radiation panel 6. The hanging member 13 is composed of a pair of leg portions 13a opposite to each other, and a connecting portion 13b connecting upper ends of both leg portions 13a. Engagement claws 15 projecting inward and engaged with the engagement portions 14 are mounted on lower end portions of the leg portions 13a of the hanging member 13. A pair of projections 11 forming holding portions, are formed on the radiation panel 6 in a state of projecting upward, and a pipe holding portion 12 is formed by both projections 11 forming the holding portions.
