PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic leather that is excellent in balance of physical properties such as perspiration resistance and flexibility, does not cause cracking and creasing during storage, does not cause a rough feeling and a sticky feeling, and is capable of being used as an automobile sheet and an interior material.SOLUTION: The synthetic leather is formed from a polyurethane resin including a reaction product of a polycarbonate diol, an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender. The polycarbonate diol includes a repeating unit represented by a formula (A) and a terminal hydroxyl group. 60-100 mol% of the repeating unit represented by the formula (A) is a repeating unit represented by 1,5-pentane diol carbonate B or 1,6-hexane diol carbonate C. The ratio of the repeating unit B to the repeating unit of C is from 90:10 to 10:90 (molar ratio). The polycarbonate diol has a number average molecular weight of 800-3500 and a primary terminal OH ratio of 95-99.5%. |
