The optoelectronic component (1) has a carrier (12), a first electrode (20) on the carrier (12), an organic functional layer structure (22) over the first electrode (20), a second electrode (23) on the organic functional layer structure (22), and at least one planarizing layer (2), which is arranged on the carrier (12) and is in physical contact with the carrier (12), and/or is arranged on the first electrode (20) and is in physical contact with the first electrode (20), and/or is arranged on the second electrode (23) and is in physical contact with the second electrode (23). The at least one planarizing layer (2) contains electrically conductive nanoparticles (122). An average roughness of a surface of the planarizing layer (2) which is opposite from the surface of the planarizing layer (2) that is in physical contact with the carrier (12) or the first electrode (20) or the second electrode (23) is less than approximately 50 nm. |
