PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory for maintenance without needs for application frame, having fluidity required for flowing application, excellent in workability capable of trowel application and excellent in corrosion resistance and spalling resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a monolithic refractory for maintenance capable of flowing application and trowel application, consisting of a refractory raw material and a carbonaceous raw material, where the refractory raw material is constituted of an alumina raw material, a MgO-AlO-based spinel raw material and a silicon carbide raw material, has blending percentages of 30 to 95 mass% of the alumina raw material and/or the MgO-AlO-based spinel raw material and 5 to 70 mass% of the silicon carbide raw material, the carbonaceous raw material of 0.1 to 10 mass% as outer percentage based on the refractory raw material is contained, carbon black having nitrogen absorption specific surface area of 70 m/g or more as a part or all of the carbonaceous raw material of 0.1 to 5 mass% as outer percentage based on the refractory raw material is used and further a hydrophilic organic fiber having fiber diameter of 0.005 to 0.1 mm of 0.03 to 5 mass% as outer percentage based on the refractory raw material is contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
