The invention relates to a dispersion consisting of a carrier liquid and at least one component that cannot be dissolved in the carrier liquid, said component being present in the form of uniformly distributed droplets and/or particles and/or aggregates and at least 68 % of the droplets and/or particles and/or aggregates having a size ranging between 1nm and 300nm. The droplets, particles or aggregates are integrated into the structure of the carrier liquid in such a way that no additional stabiliser component is required to stabilise the dispersion over a long period.
