PURPOSE:To prevent a sensor response time, after paper arrives at a sensor till the paper is decided actually provided, from being changed due to a stain by paper dust and aged deterioration, in the sensor for detecting whether the paper is provided or not. CONSTITUTION:A data output to a D/A converter 101 from a CPU100 is changed so that an output value of a phototransistor 106 in a condition with no paper provided obtains a predetermined value, to control a drive current IF of an LED105. During operation of transcription and when a paper conveyer is not placed in a standby condition, this control is inhibited. |
