PURPOSE:To eliminate the ineffective portion of a permanent magnet for effective utilization thereof by mounting a rotary shaft and magnet to slide when the rotary shaft and a yoke part are fixed and mounting a fixed shaft and magnet part to slide or be fixed when the rotary shaft and yoke part. CONSTITUTION:A segmental permanent magnet 1 is surrounded by a frame material (non-magnetic body) 4 and rotatably fitted on a rotary shaft (non- magnetic body) 3 to provide a magnet part. A circular yoke 2 having a radius larger than that of the magnet part is mounted fixedly or rotatably to the rotary shaft 3 on both sides of the magnet part. A reinforcing circular plate (non-magnetic body) 5 having the same diameter as the yoke 2 is fixed to the outside of the yoke 2 to provide the yoke part composed of a magnetic body 2a and non-magnetic body 2b. While the yoke part is rotated along with travelling, the magnet part is opposed to the travelling surface by a suction force to the travelling surface. |
