PRODUCTION OF BETA2-GLYCOPROTEIN 1 AND TRANSFER VECTOR AND RECOMBINANT BACULOVIRUS USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for producing beta2-glycoprotein I (beta2-GPI) by a DNA recombinant technique and a vector and a virus necessary therefor. CONSTITUTION:The objective transfer vector is obtained by inserting a DNA fragment coding beta2-GPI into an expression control region of Baculovirus gene. The objective recombinant Baculovirus is obtained by inserting a DNA fragment coding beta2-GPI obtained by co-transfecting the transfer vector and Baculovirus DNA into an insect cell into an expression control region of Baculovirus gene. The objective producing method of beta2-GPI is characterized by infecting the insect cell with the recombinant Baculovirus, culturing the infected insect cell and collecting beta2-GPI from the cultured mixture.
