<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifetime evaluation method of a fuel cell, capable of improving the accuracy of lifetime diagnosis, a fuel cell allowing high accurate lifetime diagnosis and decision of reuse, and a fuel cell system having this fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The lifetime evaluation method stores operation record information of the fuel cell 20, which includes record information of an output voltage of the fuel cell 20, record information of the number of times of drops of the cell voltage of each cell forming the fuel cell 20, and record information of frequency of high output operation of the fuel cell 20, etc., and diagnoses the lifetime of the fuel cell 20, based on the stored operation record information.
