<p>PURPOSE: To provide a luminous character type number plate which prevents the occurrence of cracking on the synthetic resin character in comparison with in the conventional. CONSTITUTION: As for a luminous character type number plate which has a number plate body which is formed by punching character parts and attaching the transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin characters on a character part and an illumination lamp arranged on the reverse surface side of the number plate body for illuminating character, a character part 41 consisting of the characters having the respective character shapes and a leg part 42 which is connected with this character part and is inserted into the character part are provided, and the leg part is inserted from the obverse surface side of the number plate body 5, and slightly projected to the reverse surface of the number plate body, and a backing member 9 is attached at the projecting leg part.</p> |
