FIELD: medicinal gymnastics. ^ SUBSTANCE: rehabilitation assembly can be used at laying position. It helps to train either active lower and top extremities of user or passive extremities due to operation of at least one active extremity. Rehabilitation assembly provided with arms and legs trainer has seat for placing user at sitting or laying position, carrier structure and two pedal mechanisms for arms and legs correspondingly, which mechanisms are mounted onto carrier structure for change in spatial position. Pedal mechanisms have pedal tooth wheels connected by flexible links with additional tooth wheels and loading devices, and operation mode control system. Pedal mechanisms are mounted onto separate telescopic frame for cinematic and power mutual communication. Additional tooth wheels are aligned and are connected together by means of clutch; pedal tooth wheels are mounted for step free change in their inter-axial distance due to their turn independently one on another about common axis of additional tooth wheels followed by fixation at preset position corresponding to anthropological factors of user and ergonomic and medical-rehabilitation requirement.
