PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the breadthwise dimension of a unit body to miniaturize an indoor unit for an air-conditioner, by interposing a partition panel installed as a setting tool of a motor between one end face of the breadthwise direction of a heat exchanger and an electric parts box. SOLUTION: A partition panel 26 is formed as a unit in the first setting tool 22 of motor and interposed between a heat exchanger 7 and an electric parts box 31. Accordingly, auxiliary pipes 32 installed at the end face of the heat exchanger 7 are prevented from touching the electric parts box 31 owing to the partition panel 26 and hence, the condensed drain on the auxiliary pipes 32 is prevented from flowing along the electric parts box 31. Although the auxiliary pipes project from the end face of the heat exchanger with different lengths from one another, since the partition panel 26 is positioned between the heat exchanger 7 and the electric parts box 3, the distance therebetween can be sufficiently lessened. And since the partition panel 26 is bent, the deadspace under the auxiliary pipes 32 is reduced and hence, the unit body 1 can be miniaturized. |
