A tube placard is provided to maintain or change an expanding state according to intention of a user by using blow pressure caused by a fan. A discharge hole is formed at an upper part of a body(120) in order to discharge air generated from a fan. A top end of a placard(130) is sealed to prevent the leakage of the air of the fan. A winding unit is installed at the upper part of the body in order to wind the placard. An illuminating unit is installed at the winding unit and the body in order to radiate various colors of light. A control unit controls operations of the winding unit, the fan, and the illuminating unit. The control unit is installed selectively at the inside or the outside of the body. |
