<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry room capable of sufficiently maintaining a predetermined degree of dryness, and effectively preventing leakage of toxic gas or the like to the outside, and to provide a manufacturing device of a lithium secondary battery provided with the dry room. <P>SOLUTION: The dry room 10 is for handling a material containing a substance reacting with moisture and generating toxic gas. The dry room 10 is a double structure provided with an inner chamber 20 for carrying out manufacture of a product by using the material, and an outer chamber 30 arranged to cover an outer circumference of the inner chamber 20. By forming the dry room 10 as the double structure, leakage of the toxic gas to an exterior of the room 10 can be suppressed even when toxic gas is generated in the inner chamber 20. Particularly, by adjusting an atmosphere pressure such that a pressure of the exterior of the dry room 10 is larger than a pressure of the inner chamber 20 which in turn is larger than a pressure of the outer chamber 30, both gas leakage prevention and low dew point maintenance can be achieved in the dry room 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
