PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life touch down bearing to be arranged even at a position having a large inside diameter, suppress an applying load during abnormal rotation, and prevent the breakage of a magnetic bearing device. SOLUTION: This bearing device comprises an inner ring 1 having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of a rotary shaft; an outer wheel housing 3; an outer ring housing 3; and a plurality of support rolling bearings 2 arranged in an approximately uniform pitch diameter position and fixed at the housing 3. In this case, the outer ring 2b of the support rolling bearing 2 is pressed against the inner ring 1 by a pre-load mechanism and brought into a non-contact with the outer ring housing 3. |
