The grease composition contains a lubricating base oil and a thickener, as well as: (1) a lipophilic organic inhibitor; (2) a nonionic surface-active agent; and (3) a hydrophilic organic inhibitor comprising a lanolin fatty acid derivative and an alkanolamine derivative modified with a hydrophilic group. Each of (1) to (3) are present in an amount of 0.1-10 wt.%.
