The return pipe (12) of the primary heat exchanger (1) has a circulating pump (11). The primary heat exchanger is connected by a flow pipe (13) to a secondary heat exchanger (16) and supplies a heating body arrangement (22) with hot water and supplies a service water tap (14). The heating body arrangement is connected to a secondary branch (20), in the form of a pipe coil, of the secondary heat exchanger whose primary branch (19), forming a collector, is connected to the return pipe via connecting pipes (15,17). The return pipe is also connected to a cold water connection (18). A non-return valve (27) is positioned in the pipe leading to the return pipe.
