<p>A novel HIV vaccine is provided. In particular, the vaccine comprises an avirulent and non-cytolytic recombinant HIV wherein the NSS of the virus' envelope glycoprotein is replaced with a non-cytolytic signal sequence and nef gene of the virus is deleted which renders the virus avirulent.</p> |
