PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus for effectively treating wastewater by using an enzyme composite and to realize the effective decomposition treatment and biological treatment of wastewater containing large amt. of oils and fats by easy installation construction. SOLUTION: A holding container 7 and stirring blades 11 are coaxially supported in a cylindrical easing 8 and spherical enzyme composite porous ceramics are held in the holding container 7. The easing is integrated with an air pipe 9 through legs 12 and the stirring blades 11 are revolved by the rising streams of air from a blowoff port 92 and drawn-in wastewater to form revolving vortex streams in the casing. The vortex streams are forcibly brought into contact with enzyme to decompose an oils-and-fats component and subsequently allowed to impinge against mushroom-shaped cutters to form fine air bubbles. Connection members 91 are arranged to both ends of the air pipe and other units are made successively connectable along the vicinity of the bottom port of a grease trap tank 2.
