A chain (2) runs inside bearings (52,53) and outside connection points (7,8). A stretcher (56) tenses both ends of the chain by pulling them together flexibly. The two outside connection points are formed by small tubes (9') made as one piece with the casing shell (55a) of a driven element bearing, by pins connected to the casing shell (54a) of a driving element bearing and by rubber bushes (11) between the tubes and the pins.
