<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery with high reliability, formed by arranging a porous heat resistant layer between a cathode and/or an anode and a separator, prevented from internal short-circuit caused by slippage of winding, and free from initial defect. <P>SOLUTION: A positional recognition and a positional correction are made by an image processing in a lamination process by making at least one end parts of an area in width direction, where the porous heat resistant layer arranged between the cathode and/or the anode contacts, and the separator, and the separator abut on each other, different in color tone from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
