PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transport cart and a carrier system, preventing dust from entering the inside of an air tunnel from the front side in the traveling direction even while the transport cart runs. SOLUTION: Cross flow fans 40F, 40R as auxiliary air jetting means are provided on the front side in the traveling direction of an air jetting means, and the jetting of air E from the cross flow fan 40F (40R) is directed obliquely forward in the traveling direction inclined at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees from the traveling direction of the transport cart 2 outward in the lateral direction.
