The press has a common printing cylinder (10) between a pair of side frames (12) of the press, where a cap (36) is provided on the frames. A part of the frames is cut out according to the length of the cylinder to form a common installation part (34). A printing unit or arc rotation device is installed into the installation part. Groups of fixed printing units (26) have plate cylinders to offset printing.
