<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear switch which is provided in a mat having impact cushion function and provides pressure detection function without reducing the impact cushion functionality, and also to provide a mat and a textile having the pressure detection function over the entire surface without reducing the impact cushion function. <P>SOLUTION: This linear switch comprises a pair of resilient linear conductive rubbers, and insulative crosspieces for connecting these linear conductive rubbers to each other with keeping almost uniform space between them, wherein the insulative crosspieces are resilient material members provided in the longitudinal direction of the linear conductive rubbers at equal intervals, and the linear switch is formed so that at least one of the conductive rubbers is formed in spiral shape to surround the other one, or they mutually surround each other.
