<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module and a handheld terminal equipped with the antenna module capable of avoiding increase in weight of the module and adjusting a resonant frequency without impairing the mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna module 2c is so composed that it comprises a looped antenna coil 21, a signal processing circuit part 41 electrically connected to the antenna coil 21, a supporting body 42 for supporting the antenna coil 21 and the signal processing circuit part 41, a magnetic board 43 laminated on a side of the supporting body 42 where the signal processing circuit part 41 is mounted, a metal board 44 laminated on the magnetic board 43, and a frequency adjusting part 66 for adjusting the resonant frequency of the resonant circuit including the antenna coil 21 disposed on the exterior side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
