<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance promoting the health by stimulating meridian points on the palm of a hand or improving metabolism when taking a walk or a jog. <P>SOLUTION: This health appliance comprises a hollow body 1 formed of an elastic material having an appropriate hardness into a hollow shape and projecting a plurality of projections 1a in the outer circumferential face, and at least a single spherical body 2 rotationally stored in the hollow body 1. The appliance provides an acupressure effect by rolling the hollow body 1 while grasping it in the hand when taking the walk or the jog, or improves the metabolism and the health by swinging the arms forward and back, rolling the spherical body 2 in the hollow body 1 and making the swing of the arms large by the inertia of the spherical body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
