<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the time and labor for operations in assembling and in detaching a heat radiation cover member when replacing and/or maintaining internal cmponents and to enhance the assembling precision of a product. <P>SOLUTION: An optical head A has a base 1, an actuator 2, and a cover member 3 for covering the bottom surface of the base 1.
