FASTENER ADAPTER

A fastener adapter for connecting fastener straps. The fastener adapter includes an outer member, and an inner member attached at an angle to the outer member such that the outer and inner members cooperate to form first a nd second pockets. At least one of the first and second pockets defines one of an all-hook and an all-loop pocket.
