<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of improving a fuel utilization factor to increase an output while preventing degradation of durability by this invention aiming at the solid oxide fuel cell comprising a cell assembly in which the cells with separators comprising a rectangular plate cell and a separator are juxtaposed. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid oxide fuel cell of this invention, a plurality of raw fuel gas jetting ports for introducing raw fuel gas are provided on the flow passage inlet side of a fuel electrode side flow passage, and a flow passage outlet is provided near a corner of a cell peripheral edge part of a pair of sides perpendicular to a cell peripheral edge part of one side on a flow passage inlet side and a cell peripheral edge part of the pair of sides facing the cell peripheral edge part of one side on the flow passage inlet side so that the raw fuel gas flows from the flow passage inlet to the flow passage outlet after the raw fuel gas is supplied to a fuel electrode surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
