<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating shaft joint device having a constitution for easily joining a steering shaft 2 to an input shaft 12 as part of a steering force assisting device to smooth the transmission of power while preventing the rattling of a joint part. <P>SOLUTION: The front end of the steering shaft 2 is a rotation transmitting insertion part 25. Rotation transmitting protruded portions 28, 28 and inner diameter side shock absorbing recessed portions 33, 33 are formed on the outer peripheral face of the rotation transmitting insertion part 25. On the other hand, the rear end of the input shaft 12 is a rotation transmitting cylinder 26. Rotation transmitting recessed portions 27, 27 and outer diameter side shock absorbing recessed portions 32, 32 are formed on the inner peripheral face of the rotation transmitting cylinder 26. Between each of the outer diameter side shock absorbing recessed portions 32, 32 and each of the inner diameter side shock absorbing recessed portions 33, 33, shock absorbing members 34, 34 are provided in a state of being bridged between the outer diameter side and inner diameter side shock absorbing recessed portions 32, 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
