A disposal bag (1) having a rear panel (9) having a front face (22) and a rear face (23), a bottom edge (13) and at least two side edges (14) and a front panel (6) connected to the rear panel (9) along the edges (13 and 14) to form a pocket (15). A flap (7) extends from the rear panel (9) and has located thereon an adhesive (21) to permit a user to removably secure the disposal bag (1) to a surface (3), such as the surface of a diaper changing table (2). Designs (5) and/or indicia (20) may be located on the front and/or rear panels (6 and/or 9) of the disposal bag (1). To use, a person first secures the adhesive (21) to a surface (3). Then, the user places trash (24), which may be soiled diapers (16) and/or other refuse (10), into the pocket (15). The user then detaches the adhesive (21) from the surface (3) and seals the adhesive (21) to the front panel (9) to enclose the trash (24) within the disposal bag (1).
