PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatographic testing device capable of giving an accurate determination result by reducing the influence of a human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA). SOLUTION: The immunochromatographic testing device comprises a base material; a chromatographic membrane carrier that is carried, on the base material and has a determination section for immobilizing a coupling substance that can be coupled to a constituent to be detected; a sample-developing member that is carried on the base material at an upstream-side position in the direction of the development of a sample, as compared with the chromatographic membrane carrier and has a sample addition section where samples are added; and a labeling substance holding member that is carried on the base material at a downstream-side position in the direction of the development of the sample, as compared with the sample addition section and at an upstream-side position in the direction of the development of the sample, as compared with the chromatographic membrane carrier and holds a labeling substance that can be coupled to the constituent to be detected. In the immunochromatographic testing device, a substance that can react with a human anti-mouse antibody is held in a member, disposed at an upstream-side position in the direction of the development of the sample, as compared with the chromatographic membrane carrier.
