PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thin film that is 40μm or more and 65μm or less thick at high speed in such a way that the surface is smooth. SOLUTION: Dope for flow casting is given to form a flow cast film 24a on a flow casting band 82 to be carried for 60 sec. to make a solvent residual rate of 20 wt.% or more and 130 wt.% or less. Flow of air around the flow cast film 24a while it is carried for 60 sec. is controlled to have relative speed of 0 m/sec or more and 1.0 m/sec or less to travel speed of the flow casting band 82. To the flow cast film 24a, at 60 sec. after it is formed, drying air is blown from a blow duct 96 to dry it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
