The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer represented by chemical formula 1, and a method for producing the same. In chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, R^3, and R^4 are independently C1-10 alkyl groups; P is a conjugated diene-based polymer chain; n and m are respectively and independently 1 to 10; a and b are respectively and independently 0, 1, or 2; c and d are respectively and independently 0, 1, 2, or 3; c and d may not be simultaneously 0; and a+c and b+d are respectively and independently 1, 2, or 3. When the modified conjugated diene-based polymer is included in a rubber composition, excellent heating properties are ensured, and tensile strength, wear resistance, and wet surface resistance are exhibited. |
