An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate where a first side region, an intermediate region, and a second side region are successively defined, a first electrode arranged on the substrate, a second electrode facing the first electrode, a red light emitting layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, a first auxiliary layer which are arranged in the red light emitting layer and the first electrode in the intermediate region and controls a resonance distance, and a second auxiliary layer which is arranged between the red light emitting layer and the first electrode in the first and the second side regions, respectively. The thickness of the first sub layer is different from that of the second sub layer. So, the display quality of the organic light emitting display device can be improved. |
