<p>Provided is a method for preparing micronized vitamin K, which allows micronization of a vitamin K formulation by varying crystallinity with supercritical carbon dioxide, and imparts an increased sectional area and improved skin absorptivity to the vitamin K formulation. The method for preparing micronized vitamin K comprises the steps of: spraying a mixed solution containing vitamin K dissolved in an organic solvent onto a supercritical fluid to form vitamin K particles; and introducing a supercritical fluid thereto to remove the organic solvent used in the mixed solution. In the method, the organic solvent is used in such an amount that the proportion of vitamin K is 0.0001-0.50, more preferably 0.001-0.20, on the weight basis.</p> |
