METHOD FOR TRANSMITING/RECEIVING FEEDBACK INFORMATION IN A MULTI-ANTENNA SYSTEM OF SELPORTING MULTI-USER

A method for transmitting or receiving feedback information in a multiple antenna system supporting multiple users is provided to acquire the same effect as the case that plural sets of channel quality information are reported though one set of channel quality information is reported via the feedback information, and also to enhance system performance without increasing an amount of the feedback information even in a situation that there exist a few users. A method for transmitting or receiving feedback information in a multiple antenna system supporting multiple users comprises the following several steps. A mobile terminal generates similar vector sets by assembling all the column vectors wherein conditions for finding the similar vectors are presented for generation of the similar vector sets(210). The mobile terminal determines a similar vector set such that the similar vectors capable of acquiring minimum transmission rate are maximized(212). The mobile terminal configures feedback information by the maximum transmission rate and an index indicating a similar vector set matched with the maximum transmission rate(214).
